Flat Tummy

The part of the body that gets most disfigured post pregnancy is the tummy. The woman is left with a bulging tummy and no curves. This is one of the reasons that cause post pregnancy depression in mothers. They feel, shapeless, less attractive and can no longer fit into their once tight and sexy clothing. Do not despair; this bulging can also be corrected. Though it takes sometime but surely, it is possible to have your flat stomach back.  Below are the steps to follow:
  1. Change your diet and eat foods that promote skin elasticity
  2. Engage in Exercise that concentrates on the tummy muscles
  3. Do the hot water-tummy-press-down
